It starts with a simple survey. We need to know if we are a good fit for you. We’ll look at time-sensitive goals, how you are motivated, the time of day you like to work out and what “success” looks like to you.
Two Free Training Assessments on Us
We want you to experience the difference before you commit. That’s why we offer two free training sessions. In these kickoff sessions, your trainer will:
- Watch how you move.
- Listen to what you really want to achieve.
- Show you how to move safely.
- Prove how much more effective a workout is when you aren’t doing it alone.
- Explain the programs we offer and get you set on your personalized path.
Recovery Matters
Work hard, recover harder. You can pair that first session with a complimentary recovery session and a body scan to know where you are starting and where you are headed. You receive three recovery sessions as a new member of Chiefs Fit Overland Park.

Yes. You get two free sessions with a personal trainer. It’s the best way for you to see if our coaching style works for you without any pressure.
What happens after the session?
We don’t leave you hanging. Our trainers schedule follow-ups and stay in touch to answer your questions. Your kickoff sessions are to establish your goals, how you are motivated and learn your movement patterns or limitations. Once you decide on a personal training package, we customize the workouts for your individual needs.
